Section 1: Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

1.1. Introduction

Welcome to Motorsport Dreams ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our skill-based motorsport-themed competitions ("Competition"). By making any purchases or entering any Competition on our platform, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree, you should not participate.

1.1A. Entity & Brand Reference

In these Terms and Conditions, references to “Motorsport Dreams”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to the company legally operating this competition platform. Motorsport Dreams is a trading name of HH KNIGHTSBRIDGE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16477096, with registered office at 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. All references to Motorsport Dreams shall be interpreted accordingly.

1.2. Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry (or older, depending on jurisdiction).

  • Open to residents of countries where such competitions are legally permitted.

  • Not open to our employees or affiliates, or their immediate family members.

1.2A. Legal Participation by Jurisdiction

By entering our Competitions, you confirm that you are not in breach of any laws or restrictions in your country of residence regarding participation in skill-based competitions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your eligibility under local laws before entering. We accept no liability for any Entrant who participates in contravention of applicable laws or regulatory restrictions in their country or region.

1.3. Entry

Participants may enter the Competition via:

  • Paid Entry: By purchasing a ticket through our platform.
    Each paid competition entry includes a digital access ticket to the ‘Finale Reveal Event,’ where all paid contestants are entitled to join the live event where finalists, performances, and/or prize announcements will be showcased. This event is part of the competition entry value.

  • Free Entry (Limited Spots): By completing promotional tasks (e.g., following social accounts and referring new followers). We reserve the right to cap or limit free entries per competition.

1.3A. Nature of the Product

Each paid entry constitutes the purchase of a digital product package, which includes:

  • An event ticket granting the entrant access to the Finale Event and/or Prize Reveal Ceremony, either in-person or via livestream

  • Eligibility to complete a skill-based challenge as outlined in the competition details

  • Eligibility to vote on finalist choices or car specs (where applicable, varies by competition)

  • Exclusive UGC-based rewards and bonus opportunities

  • Access to exclusive behind-the-scenes or finalist content (where applicable)

Each purchase is tied to a tangible deliverable and a skill-based opportunity where the top performer wins by merit, not a game of chance or lottery mechanism.

1.3B. Entrant Contact Information Accuracy

Participants are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete contact details at the time of entry, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. We are not liable for any failure to contact or deliver a prize due to inaccurate or outdated information submitted by the entrant.

1.3.C. Entry Does Not Guarantee Winning

Purchasing a ticket bundle provides access to the competition and its associated digital content and event privileges but does not in any way guarantee selection as a winner. All prizes are awarded based solely on skill and merit-based performance or criteria defined within each competition.

1.4. Skill Element

This is a skill-based competition. Success is determined by:

  • Creative user-generated content (UGC) challenges

  • Challenges (physical or virtual) relating to car culture, driving, racing, or other skill based challenges

  • Motorsport, racing, or other performance-based eliminations

  • General knowledge quizzes or automotive knowledge tests

Skill-Based Nature of Competition
Competitions are structured in skill-based brackets. Winners are selected based on objective criteria such as knowledge, skill, performance, merit, as outlined in the Competition Rules. No element of chance or random drawing determines the outcome. This competition is not classified as gambling, lottery, or a game of chance.

1.5. Prize Structure

  • Prizes vary by competition and may include cars, motorcycles, racing sponsorship, racing experiences, or other items of value.

  • We reserve the right to substitute prizes with those of equal value at our sole discretion, or with the consent of the contestants if any unforeseen circumstances arises where there is a significant adjustment to the prizes.

  • Prize details are provided as accurately and transparently as possible based on available information. Minor variations in specification, cosmetic condition, or presentation may occur. We recommend winners confirm all prize-related preferences or concerns prior to final acceptance.

  • Full prize lists are published on the relevant Competition page prior to entry deadline.

If the advertised prize is a vehicle configured in a left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD) format, and the winner resides in a country where the opposite drive configuration is standard or legally required or simply preferred by the winner, we reserves the right to:

  • Offer the winner a substantially similar vehicle of equal value in the desired drive format, subject to availability; or

  • Offer the winner a predetermined cash equivalent value in place of the vehicle, as listed on the competition page or as communicated at the time of winner notification.

1.5.A. Prize Representation

All prizes are described accurately to the best of our knowledge and provided in good faith but should not be relied upon as definitive valuations. We make no representation or warranty regarding the valuation, condition, roadworthiness, or resale potential of any prize awarded, including vehicles or physical items. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are awarded as-is. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the prize for their personal use or jurisdiction.

1.5.B.1. Timing and Entry Carryover

In rare circumstances where not all available entries for a Competition have been sold by the scheduled winner announcement date, we reserve the right to:
(a) postpone the winner announcement to a later date (within 90 days), or
(b) transfer all valid entries to the next equivalent Competition of equal or greater value. 

All participants will be notified by email in such a case. If you prefer not to transfer your entry, you may opt out and request a full refund within 14 days of receiving the notification. This ensures both fairness and competition viability while maintaining full transparency to participants.

1.5.B.2. Entry Adjustment (“Split”) Clause 

We reserve the right to adjust ticket pricing and the total number of entries proportionally during a live Competition to maintain fair market value and balanced participation levels. 

If such an adjustment occurs, all existing entrants’ tickets will automatically multiply or adjust proportionally to preserve their total number of valid entries to win. For example, if the ticket price is reduced by 50% and the total entry pool doubled, your number of entries will also double, so your entries purchased in relation to the total number of entries available remain unchanged. Your total entry value will always remain fully intact and unaffected by such structural adjustments.

This mechanism protects fairness for all entrants while allowing the organiser to respond dynamically to market demand.

1.5.B.3. Competition Continuity & Fair Adjustment

We are committed to ensuring that every Competition is run fairly, transparently, and with the best experience possible for participants. 

In rare circumstances where adjustments are necessary — for example, to ensure sufficient participation or to merge similar events for fairness — we may reschedule or align Competitions of equal or greater value. 

All valid entries will remain fully honoured and will:
(a) carry forward to the adjusted or equivalent draw, or
(b) be refunded in full at the entrant’s request.

Any such changes will be communicated clearly and promptly to all participants.

1.6. UGC (User-Generated Content) and Media Rights

By entering the Competition, participants agree: 

  • To grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, publish, and edit such content

  • To assign irrevocable, unlimited commercial use rights to any and all submitted or generated content related to the Competition. This includes but is not limited to: videos, audio, written materials, imagery, and likeness.

  • We may use this content for promotional, marketing, media, commercial, and entertainment purposes.

  • That all submitted or captured content becomes our property

  • That their image, name, and likeness may appear in episodes, ads, or any media connected to the Competition

    Usage of Winner Images & Testimonials
    Winners and finalists may be featured in promotional and entertainment materials. Participation in the competition constitutes consent to use your likeness, name, and/or statements for such purposes, without further compensation.

    UGC Rights & Permission
    By submitting videos, photos, or other content as part of your competition entry or participation, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content in connection with marketing, social media promotion, and competition-related media (e.g., online episodes, recap videos, ads).

1.7. Winner Selection

  • Winners are selected solely based on skill or performance.

  • Judging criteria are published in advance before the start of each stage/round.

  • All decisions are final.

Alternate Winner Protocol
If a selected finalist or winner cannot be reached within 7 calendar days from the initial notification attempt, or fails to confirm acceptance of the prize within that time frame, we reserve the right to offer the prize to an alternate finalist or runner-up.

1.8. Platform Compliance

This competition is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform. This competition is not affiliated with any car or motorcycle manufacturer of the prizes promoted and given in our competitions.

1.9. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless in cases where the Competition is canceled by the organizer.

1.9A. Waiver of Right to Withdraw (EU Residents)

By purchasing, EU-based participants acknowledge that the service, event ticket, and/or digital content are delivered immediately upon purchase. Accordingly, participants waive their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. All entries are final and non-refundable unless the competition is canceled.

1.10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All legal disputes are subject to the courts of London, UK.

1.10A. International Compliance & Consumer Protections

For residents of the EU, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not limit or override any mandatory consumer protections granted under the laws of your country of residence.

In the case of translations, the English version of these Terms shall prevail.

1.11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for technical malfunctions or disruptions in platform services.

  • We are not liable for participant disqualification due to non-compliance or failure to meet requirements.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice, due to operational needs, technical issues, legal compliance, or any other reason deemed necessary by us.

  • We, our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, or service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages (including but not limited to economic loss or data loss) suffered by any person or entity arising from participation in the Competition, administration of the Competition, distribution or use of the Prize, or use of our platform or services.

1.11A. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from participation in the Competition, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act 1996 (UK), or a recognized international arbitration body where applicable.

Participants waive any right to class or collective actions, and agree that all disputes must be resolved individually.

This clause does not limit the right of the Company to seek injunctive or equitable relief in appropriate circumstances.

1.12. Modification of Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of changes.

1.13. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

By participating in this Competition, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful, fair, and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, automation tools, or fraudulent methods to enter or influence the Competition

  • Submitting false, misleading, or stolen content

  • Harassing or threatening other participants, staff, or partners

  • Attempting to manipulate voting, rankings, or outcomes unfairly

  • Circumventing platform rules or exploiting loopholes

Violation of this code may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, and legal action.

1.14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. 

The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected, impaired, or invalidated as a result.

1.15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with all sections and any documents expressly referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and the organiser in relation to participation in our Competitions. No statement, representation, or promise made by any employee, affiliate, or partner shall alter or extend these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by us.

1.16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable or deemed in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, governmental restriction, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, or technical outages. 

In such cases, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel affected Competitions, provided all participants are notified and given fair options for continuation or refund.

Section 2: Privacy Policy

Types of Data Collected

We collect user data including:

  • Name, email, birth date, IP address, device/browser info

  • Social handles, competition submissions, payment details

  • Behavior analytics via cookies or pixels

Purpose of Data Collection

Used to:

  • Process entries and verify eligibility

  • Contact winners and deliver prizes

  • Improve platform experience and analytics

  • Market future competitions (if legally allowed)

Third-Party Data Use

We share data only with necessary service providers (e.g., payment processing, web hosting, email services).
We do not ever sell data.

Your Rights

You may request to access, modify, or delete your data per GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), or UK Data Protection laws.

Section 3: Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Tracking performance and visits

  • Social sharing and analytics

  • Personalizing content
    Users can manage cookie preferences via browser settings.

Section 4: Free Entry Mechanic

Our Free Entry Route is accessible to all eligible participants. It includes community-building actions such as following our official accounts, referring friends to follow, and sharing a themed post. These steps are designed to ensure fair access and engagement while preserving the integrity and reach of our skill competitions.

To qualify for free entry:

  • Follow our accounts across all platforms, such as on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with your real personal account (no spam accounts)

  • Refer 3-5 (depending on the specific event) new real followers (no spam accounts) who also follow us

  • Fulfill our UGC and/or challenge obligations (details posted on each competition page) by creating and posting themed UGC on your own account and tagging us

  • Submit proof via the Free Entry Method stated.

Free entry spots are limited and granted on a first-verified basis.

Section 5: User-Generated Content (UGC) & Media Rights

UGC Rights

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for promotion, ads, and competition-related materials.

Usage of Winner Content

By winning, you consent to use of your image, name, and content in public-facing media without additional compensation.

Section 6: Compliance Statement for Platforms 

Compliance Disclaimer

Our competitions are skill-based. No element of chance determines winners.
Free entry is available, and competitions are conducted legally in relevant jurisdictions.
We comply with our payment processor and web hosting platform guidelines.

Brand & Platform Disclaimer

This platform and its competitions are operated independently by ourselves and are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer, sim racing equipment brand, or social media platform.

We are also fully compliant with the promotional guidelines of the platforms we operate on, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Our competitions include clear disclosures and are structured to prevent abuse, misrepresentation, or confusion for participants or third parties.

Likewise, our competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, or X (Twitter).

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, and images used on our platform and/or in connection with the prizes are the property of their respective owners. Any references to third-party brands are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Section 7: Legal Protections – Non-Compete, IP & Strategic Restrictions

7.1. Non-Compete & Non-Circumvention

By participating in this competition, accessing the website, or engaging with the community, you agree not to, directly or indirectly, replicate, reproduce, organize, assist, or participate in any event, product, competition, or promotional activity that mimics or competes with us for 36 months after last participation.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Organizing similar skill-based giveaways

  • Targeting our audience or community

  • Using strategies or knowledge gained from us

  • Launching or assisting in launching similar competitions or car-based giveaways;

  • Hosting or co-hosting events targeting our community or audience;

  • Using inside knowledge, connections, or strategies derived from participation for a competing business or brand.

Violation results in a minimum £50,000 penalty or actual damages, whichever is greater.

7.2. Confidentiality & Insider Knowledge Use

You agree not to disclose or exploit any internal methods, operational strategies, community structures, or insights gained through engagement with us for personal or competitive gain. You agree not to disclose, replicate, or use any proprietary strategies, methods, internal communications, community dynamics, or business models obtained through your interaction with us for personal gain or competitive advantage. This includes any behind-the-scenes insight into campaign formats, audience acquisition methods, monetization structures, or operational processes. 

Duration: 36 months from last involvement.

7.3. Non-Solicitation

You may not contact, recruit, or attempt to engage other participants, winners, or community members for competing services, events, or platforms — directly or indirectly.
You agree not to contact, solicit, recruit, or attempt to engage any other users, participants, contestants, winners, affiliates, community members, or team members of ours for any reason, including but not limited to purposes of:
- Competing services or events;
- Alternative promotions or giveaways;
- Community-building for rival or derivative platforms, directly or indirectly (e.g., through social media, DMs, or third-party channels).

Duration: 36 months from last engagement.

7.4. Intellectual Property & Format Ownership

All content, products, structure, branding, visuals, designs, slogans, hashtags, mechanics, event formats, media assets, systems, and community dynamics presented on this platform are the sole intellectual property of ours and/or our affiliates. You may not copy, distribute, repackage, modify, commercialize, or reproduce any part of the platform or its components without prior official written consent from us.

The structure, look, feel, format, and operational methodology of our competitions, handover events, media and entertainment content, user engagement strategies, and platform are proprietary. Any attempt to replicate, mimic, reverse-engineer, or launch a similar offering based on our platform’s model, branding, or process is a violation of our intellectual property rights and subject to legal action.

7.5. Influencer & Partner Obligations

If you're an ambassador, content creator, or promotional partner, you agree to:

  • Not launch, co-host, assist, or join any competitive campaign or giveaway targeting a similar audience for 36 months post-campaign;

  • Assign all promotional content created for this campaign to us with perpetual, royalty-free rights to reuse, modify, and promote across all media;

  • Avoid making negative, misleading, or disparaging statements about us, our events, or team (Non-Disparagement).

Breach of these terms will result in immediate disqualification, withholding of any payments or rewards, and legal action as required.

7.6. General Restrictions

Any attempt to undermine, duplicate, or exploit the platform, its users, systems, or commercial model for personal or third-party benefit will be treated as a breach of these terms and will result in legal action, financial penalties, and permanent account suspension.
